Board Meeting
Tuesday, September 24th, 10 am & 11:30am at On-site in the Solarium and Ring Central Meeting on-line
The COA has a hybrid (In person & on-line) meeting scheduled starting at 10am, followed by the VOA starting at 11:30am on Tuesday September 24, 2024. All Owners are welcome and encouraged to join the meeting. A link with the meeting agenda and how to join the meeting will be made available closer to the date of the meeting.

Beach Break Rates

Effective March 1, 2021; the nightly rates for Beach Break reservations in a 1 bedroom will be $ 70 Sunday - Thursday and $ 85 Friday and Saturday. The 2 bedroom nightly rates will be $ 85 Sunday - Thursday and $ 100 Friday and Saturday.
Pet Policy

Tamarack Beach Resort & Hotel has a a "no pet" policy for all rooms. Anyone appearing to have an animal with them while on property will be questioned and if they posess a pet they will be asked to have the animal removed from the property.
