Board Meeting
Tuesday, February 17th, 10 am & 11:00am at Ring Central Meeting on-line
A regularly scheduled meeting of the COA board is scheduled to take place starting at 10:00 am followed by the VOA board at 11:00 am. All Tamarack Beach Resort vacation owners are welcome and encouraged to attend either on-line or in person. An agenda with details to the meeting including the hyperlink to attend on-line will be provided closer to the date of the meeting.
Annual Board Meeting
Saturday, February 21st, 10am at Ring Central Meeting on-line
The 40th Combined Annual Meeting of the Tamarack Beach Vacation Owners Association (TBVOA) and the Tamarack Beach Condominium Owners Association (TBCOA) is scheduled to be held on-line via Ring Central on Saturday, February 21, 2026. The link to attend the meeting along with the agenda will be made available closer to the date of the meeting.

Dedication of Billiards Table

The kids billiards table at the resort was recently replaced with a brand new table thanks to the Anaya family. The family reached out to the resort and had inquired about the possibility of purchasing a new table for the Recreation Room and having it dedicated to their father, Daniel Anaya, a long time vacation owner at Tamarack.

Beach Break Rates

Effective March 1, 2025; the nightly rates for Beach Break reservations in a 1 bedroom will be $ 85. The 2 bedroom nightly rates will be $ 100.
Pet Policy

Tamarack Beach Resort & Hotel has a a "no pet" policy for all rooms. Anyone appearing to have an animal with them while on property will be questioned and if they posess a pet they will be asked to have the animal removed from the property.
