After the most recent board meeting at the resort it was decided that the nightly rates for Beach Break will be increased effective for any one staying at the resort on a beach break reservation as of the 1st of June 2013.  Anyone staying any night prior to this will be able to do so at the current rates.  The current rates are $40/night for a 1-bedroom unit and $50/night for a 2-bedroom unit Sunday through Thursday nights.  Friday and Saturday are $50/night for a 1-bedroom and $60/night for a 2-bedroom.  These rates have been in effect unchanged since January 1, 1999.

 

The new rates will be as follows:   1-Bedroom 2-bedroom

 

Sunday - Thursday                                    $60/night           $75/night

Friday - Saturday                        $75/night           $90/night
