As many of you are aware the annual maintenace fees due the first of the each year have increased over the years.  From time to time questions are raised as to whether these fees are excessive especially in how they compare to other timeshare operations.  As a result we have directly contacted a handful of other properties in the area to find out what their current year maintenance fees are to try and get a feel for how we compare.  The properties selected were done so based on their proximity to Tamarack Beach Resort and proximity to the Pacific Ocean.

RCI has just notified Tamarack Beach Resort that once again they have decided to award us with their highest ranking, the Gold Crown, for the 2012 operating year.

 

The boilers for the resort were replaced today.  With proper maintenance and a bit of luck we hope to get 25 years of use out of the current boilers just as we manged to get from the boilers which were just replaced.
