Based on feedback from exchange guests and the scores received from prior exchange guests, Interval International has informed Tamarack Beach Resort that we have managed to once again achieve their highest ranking for an exchange property.  We have proudly placed in the lobby the plaque recognizing Tamarack Beach Resort as a "Premier Resort" for the 2012 year.

 

As many of you are aware the annual maintenace fees due the first of the each year have increased over the years.  From time to time questions are raised as to whether these fees are excessive especially in how they compare to other timeshare operations.  As a result we have directly contacted a handful of other properties in the area to find out what their current year maintenance fees are to try and get a feel for how we compare.  The properties selected were done so based on their proximity to Tamarack Beach Resort and proximity to the Pacific Ocean.
