Board Meeting

Tuesday, June 4th, 10:00 a.m. start at Solarium Room

The next regularly scheduled board meeting will be held on site at the resort up on the 3rd floor in the Solarium room. There is typically a 15 minute window set aside at the beginning of each meeting for owners to present or comment to the board regarding an area they so choose. Those owners who wish to bring an item to the boards attention, but are not in a position to do so in person, may submit a letter to the board in writing which will be discussed at the beginning of the board meeting. Owners are more than welcome to be present during the entire meeting should they choose.

Beach Break Price Increase

After the most recent board meeting at the resort it was decided that the nightly rates for Beach Break will be increased effective for any one staying at the resort on a beach break reservation as of the 1st of June 2013. Anyone staying any night prior to this will be able to do so at the current rates. The current rates are $40/night for a 1-bedroom unit and $50/night for a 2-bedroom unit Sunday through Thursday nights. Friday and Saturday are $50/night for a 1-bedroom and $60/night for a 2-bedroom. These rates have been in effect unchanged since January 1, 1999.

The new rates will be as follows: 1-Bedroom 2-bedroom

Sunday - Thursday $60/night $75/night

Friday - Saturday $75/night $90/night

Premier Resort Award

Interval International recently notified Tamarack Beach Resort that they have awarded the resort their Premier Resort award for 2013. THe Premier status is the highest distinction a timeshare resort can receive from Interval International.
